• Hazelnuts are sold both with and without the entire shell, the stage of shelling takes place inside a machine, from where the nuts leave shelled, and are then conveyed on a belt, checked and sorted by hand to offer our customers the better product.

Production - Stages
• Drying in the dryer: a system used to remove excess moisture content in nuts, for better preservation.
• The nuts are then screened in different sizes, from this we obtain a smaller size (16 mm dia.), the others range from 18 (mm dia.), to 19 + (mm dia.) and larger sizes.
